Holiday returns and exchanges will be accepted until Jan 20th.

Masha Apparel will ship item through the holiday season, if you are ordering a gift after Dec 6th, it may not arrive in time for Christmas, as most shipping couriers have suspended delivery guarantees. Please reach out to you if you have any questions.

We accept exchanges or returns on unworn items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you would like to return or exchange it.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you received a defective item, please let us know right away so we can fix the problem!

All our pieces fit true to size, we do not recommend to size up unless you'd like an oversized fit.

Canada & USA

US Packages are shipped from Niagara Fall, NY.

Canadian packages are shipped from Newmarket, Ontario. 

Shipping typically takes 2-10 business days. 


Europe: Most packages will arrive within 7-15 business days.

Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: Most packages will arrive within 10-15 business days.

Asia, South America, and all other locations: Most packages will arrive within 10-20 business days.

Masha Apparel is not responsible for paying international (outside of Canada/USA) Taxes or Duties and it is out of our control whether your country charges import Taxes & Duties. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
